Lands are designed as assets for owners who enjoy the gameplay and support the development of the title's community. For this reason, we have made it a premise that owners themselves will play the game, as logging in is required to receive rewards, and benefits from the land consist of things that assist in game progression.
Land Rank and Rarity This is a real estate type NFT asset that players can own. They are limited in quantity and quite rare. Every land has a land dungeon. Other than that, the number of facilities associated with a section increases with the section rank. In addition, the type of facility is determined randomly (only one facility of the same type is available), so they are not the same even for lands of the same rank.
Facility Lv and Land Lv Each facility has an Lv, and the higher the facility Lv, the greater the benefit obtained from that facility. And the higher the total facility Lv, the higher the Lv of the land itself. To increase the Lv of each facility in the land, xGEEK is required.
When you own land, you will receive daily staking rewards according to the rank and Lv of the section. The base amount of staking rewards is highest at the beginning of the service and decreases over time. On the other hand, if you raise the Lv of your facility, you can increase the amount you earn at a faster pace than the pace of decrease.
Staking rewards are received at the administration building of the land, so logging in to the game is required. If you miss the staking reward, you will not be able to receive the staking reward for that day.
You can receive staking rewards for up to 900 days. Even after the rewards have been fully collected, the land will continue to exist, and you will still benefit from the Land Dungeon and facilities. (Added on 2024/9/24)
Land dungeons are facilities that are open to other players to play. A portion of the GEEK BOX earned in the dungeon is shared with the land owner as a usage fee. In addition, players are normally only allowed to play the land dungeon a maximum of three times per day, but if they receive an invitation ticket from the land owner, they may play beyond the daily play limit.
There are restrictions on the maximum number of times a player can play per day and the number of invitation tickets that can be distributed for each parcel rank.
